Short Bio

Dr. Sutapa Bhattacharjee has been working in academia for more than one and half a decade now. She is currently working as a Professor in the Institute of Business Administration (IBA), University of Dhaka. Her area of specialization is ‘Human Resource Management’, ‘Governance’ and ‘Organizational Behavior’. Dr. Bhattacharjee was a Fulbright scholar and also earned GPHR (Global Professional in Human Resources) certification. Professor Bhattacharjee considers learning to be a continuous process and lives her life with this value. She is an advocate of continuing executive learning programs and likes to contribute in this area.
