IBA Cultural Club

Cultural activities at IBA have been an effective medium to showcase and enhance the creativity and leadership capabilities of the students. Every year, a variety of events are organized and executed by the students. The array of events commemorated include reception for freshmen, farewell program for graduates, celebration of Pohela Baishak, Ekushey February, Shaheed Dibosh and Independence Day. The cultural events at IBA are also an invaluable means of augmenting the institute’s relationship with the industry. Many of these programs are graced by the presence of industry experts and renowned personalities, enabling the students to get a face-to-face interaction with them.

The Cultural Club is comprised of representatives from all of the different batches and is headed by a faculty coordinator. The present Faculty Coordinator is Syeda Mahrufa Bashar. Some of the recent events organized by this club are as follows:
1. International Mother Language Day, 2011
2. Shaheed Dibosh, 2011
3. Pohela Baishak, 2011
