Certificate Awarding Ceremony of ACMP 4.0, Fall 2023

The Institute of Business Administration, University of Dhaka, celebrated the completion of the ACMP 4.0 program at the Prof. M. Safiullah Auditorium, IBA, on Friday, February 23, 2024. The Honourable Director of IBA, Professor Mohammad A. Momen chaired the Certificate Awarding session. The session was graced by Mr. Syed Almas Kabir, CEO of MetroNet Bangladesh Limited, Professor Dr. Shakila Yasmin, Coordinator of MDP, distinguished faculty members of IBA, and a representative from the EDGE Project.

During the ceremony, Professor Mohammad A. Momen highlighted the role of ACMP in elevating the skills of mid-level managers, addressing the scarcity of such professionals in our country. By emphasizing the importance of domestically trained mid-level managers, he stressed the need to generate demand for skilled individuals in managerial positions. He also emphasized the importance of lifelong learning, affirming that true success requires continuous observing, analyzing, and learning from past mistakes, while also actively exploring future opportunities. He concluded by expressing hope that the recipients of the ACMP certificate would emerge as leaders in the IT industry and play a vital role in shaping its future landscape.

The atmosphere was filled with joy and pride as participants received their certificates, marking the culmination of their ACMP 4.0 journey. The program ended with a group photo session with all the participants and the esteemed members present in the ceremony.
